The Construction Works of each plot consists of 10 Residential Villa + Their Auxiliary Buildings including Excavation, Backfilling, Foundation, Concrete works, insulation, waterproofing, MEP installations, landscape and all Required Finishing located at Hizam Al Markhia, Doha.
