Siraj Tower is a 30-storey residential high-rise developed by AlMadar, located in Arjan (Al Barsha South Third), Dubailand. It offers a mix of studio, 1‑bedroom, and 2‑bedroom apartments.

The design is inspired by Roman and Spanish architecture, giving the tower a distinctive, elegant look. Residents benefit from modern amenities like two swimming pools (including a kids’ pool), a fully equipped gym, sauna and steam rooms, a jacuzzi, a party/event hall, and a kids’ play area.
